    Transfer arrangement was swift and easy via watsapp. Extremely prompt and transparent. Vehicle and driver arrived early. With the current fuel issue affecting the island it was a bit tricky to source enough fpr the trip. Driver pleasant. Safe operation and arrived early for check in at airport.     These guys are amazing. We organized our own tour of Sri Lanka and had Less Taxi arrange cars to take us between our destinations. Before each trip, Less Taxi gave me information about the driver and car. Then they told me when the driver had arrived and asked if I saw them. After a trip, they followed up to check whether we liked the driver. I made several changes to our itinerary, and each time I told them they were back to me in minutes to confirm the updated details.
